Covered with white and purple faux flowers, sewn on front bow,netted crown
Size 20 round crown inside more measurements in photos
Could use a pin hat to hold in place
Condition- in good vintage condition, but with flaws.
Crushed inner crown netting, a few of the flowers are missing and the velvet bow has a hole ,could be removed. Still very wearable.
